• The house is provided with all bedding, towels, and kitchen items.
• There is a computer with internet access upstairs in the loft, and there is also wireless access.
◦ To access wireless internet, in your computer go to the section for adding a wireless network. The ID is DF-Carlsbad and the key is 6874tradewinds^*&$.
• Television Instructions:
◦ Living Room TV Instructions:
1. Turn on the Monster Box. This is the power box located just above the cable box.
2. The Yamaha Receiver is the central hub for everything. (Cable, DVD, music, etc.)
3. This TV should always be set to “HDMI1” as the input source, an other input on the TV sill not give you a picture.
4. To watch Cable TV, the Cable Box (Motorola) must be on. Then select “DTV/Cable” on the Yamaha Receiver.
5. To watch a DVD, set the input to “DVD” on the Yamaha receiver.
6. To listen to the radio, set the input to “FM” on the Yamaha receiver.
7. Zone 2 on the receiver is wired to the whole house audio system. If Zone 2 is “on” you will have sound going to the house speakers. The source that is played is selectable and can be independent from what is playing on the main system (i.e. you can have a DVD play through the main system and also have Zone 2 play the radio). Currently Zone 2 is set to “FM” and plays the radio when the volume control in each room is turned on.
◦ Upstairs Loft TV Instructions:
1. This TV is the central hub for the loft system. The TV can be set to “TV”, DVD”, “Blue-Ray DVD” as the sources.
2. The Samsung receiver controls the sound upstairs. There is an ipod docking station as well. All other audio comes from the TV and is on “Aux 2”. If you would like the sound to come from the large speakers, the receiver must be set to “Aux 2”.
◦ All other TV’s
1. All other TV’s have cable access. If there is a problem, check that the source on the TV is set to “TV”.
• Trash Pick-Up - All Trash (regular and recycle) is picked up on Monday. If you are leaving on Sunday, please put out the trash at the curb before you go.
• No pets are allowed at the house.
